Today in food we made risotto, I spent 10 minutes chopping up all of my vegetables, which saved a lot of time that I spent cooking my rice, I accidentally added a bit more than 150ml at the start to my rice and put too much water in when I thought my rice had started to absorb the water. However when I had stirred it for 10-12 minutes it had absorbed, however the rice was chewy, so I added more water to ensure it wasn’t.
