Top Tips!
- Cut the sausage rolls all to the same size as this will ensure an even bake.
- Seal the edges well with egg, and glaze the tops as this will give the rolls a shiny and attractive appearance.
- When rolling out the pastry, make sure that it is a large rectangle (about A4 size) as this will give you enough space to make the rolls successfully.
- Use flour on the surface and rolling pin to ensure that the pastry does not stick.
