You must record each of your practical outcomes on the blog, including the following elements:

- Name of the dish/food made.

- At least one photo of the finished outcome, as well as some photos of skills you used.

- Ingredients list and nutrients provided by these ingredients.

- Group/s of people that this dish would AND would not be suitable for (eg: diabetics, vegans, etc) and why or why not.

- Skills used.

- Key food hygiene and safety considerations.

- Any relevant food science aspects.

- Evaluation of the success of the dish, including the skills used and the finished outcome. And improvements that could be made to the dish or recipe.
