Today whilst the weather was hot and sunny I decided that I was going to have a go and make a ice cream/ lolly.
First I chopped up a small banana in a bowl,next I added 1 tsp of white chocolate chips.After that I added a cup of milk and a tsp of vanilla extract.(syrup) .then I filled a big bag with ice and salt. I then placed the ice cream mixture in another bag inside the salt bag. I repeatedly shook the bag for the next 20 Mins. After I had done that I placed my ice cream in the freezer.30 mins later I was ready to serve! To finish off my ice cream I topped it with a rainbow lace.

This is really interesting Catherine - I am very impressed that you have made ice cream! Do you know the science behind this method? Can you research how the salt and ice work together?
