Chicken Zorba

Today after upon arriving home on a long journey from the beach I decided to make a quick and easy meal for my family . 

I loved making this dish because if your in a hurry but need a quick and easy hot meal then this is the perfect dish for your plan ! 


Firstly I squeezed two limes into a small bowl. Next I added cumin , Coriander, turmeric and a small pinch of salt. After finely chopping the mint I scraped it all into one bowl and stirred it all together. Whilst my chicken was in the process of being marinaded , I made my sauce by stirring both Homus and Greek yogurt together . Then after my chicken had fully absorbed most of the flavours and smells from my marinade I fried it all in a pan for 8 - 10 minutes ( i did nine ) . Now your dish is ready and can be served with warm wraps or  pitta bread .
