Welcome to my Bread Rolls blog!
I made them in an S- shape, which was the best for me. It was quick and easy to style which was what I wanted.
I used whole- meal flour.
I mixed the ingredients together in a bowl and made sure I added the perfect amount of water. Too much of anything could ruin the entire thing.
Then I shaped them
Then I put a plastic bag over them for a few minutes to act as a green house.
After that I glazed the rolls with egg
Then I put them in the oven!
They came out great and smell delicious

Lovely shaping on the scrolls, and well done for using wholemeal flour. Why is wholemeal flour nutritionally better for us? Miss Harvey
