Five-spiced tofu skewers

I made five-spiced tofu skewers. For this you will need the following: courgette, pepper, new potatoes, mushrooms and tofu. For the sauce on the top you will need the following: tomato purée, lime juice, 5 spiced powder, soya sauce and salt and pepper.

First of all chop all of your vegetables and tofu up and put it into a large bowl. Next make your sauce to put over the top and mix It all up. Put your vegetables into the oven for about 20 minuets until it is cooked. Whilst it is in the oven take your skewers, wooden or metal. If they are wooden soak them for 15 minuets so the sticks don’t burn. Take the vegetables out of the oven and start to put them onto the skewers, and put into the grill, making sure that you turn the around every few minutes.

This was something I have never tried before, and it came out perfect. I really enjoyed eating it.

When making It the sticks did get a little burnt, just make sure that they are fully soaked.
