This week 7AL made bread rolls. They were surprisingly quite easy to make and they looked alright.
We first made the dough ( strong flour, water, yeast, sugar and salt) then kneaded them for 10 minutes. Then let it to rest. After this we shaped them, let them rest again and put egg over it so it would be golden brown when we cook them.
They were very easy to make and I think the bread rolls tasted good.
