This week I made blueberry and raspberry muffins. You could choose if you wanted to make sweetcorn fritters or muffins, most of the class chose to make the muffins.
Firstly we mixed the dry ingredients together. They include flour, sugar, oats and baking powder. Then we mixed the wet ingredients separately. After, we then combined the two mixtures and put it into the muffin tray. The muffins should of taken 15 - 20 minutes but mine to around 30 minutes.
The muffins look nice and were easy to make.
