I first rubbed the butter into the flour, salt and sugar. I then stirred in a packet of yeast and poured in 150ml of Luke warm water. I brought the mix together and kneaded the dough for 10 minutes to stretch the gluten strands. I then left my dough to prove and then shaped it. I put them on a baking tray and covered them with a piece of cling film to help them absorb the heat. I glased them with whisked egg to make the finished product shiny and golden. I finally baked them for 20 minutes until they were light brown and glossy.
