Jam and Cream Scones

Today in class we made scones

What I did:

1. Rub the butter into the flour

2. Add the sugar

3. Keep adding dashes of milk to ensure that the dough doesn’t get too sticky, but  still forms a dough

4. Roll your dough out and cut it into circles using a cutter

5. Brush with a little bit of milk

6. Put in the oven to bake

7. Let cool and serve as you want
