Today we made Risotto!
It smells amazing and tastes just like it smells! I used ham and peas and it worked out better than I expected.

I later put cheese on as an adding, to add that touch. I had tonkeep stirring the ingredients in the pan so that it wouldn’t burn and stick. Also I had to make sure that it wasn’t just the rice at the bottom that was getting softer but each one to have the equal amount.

The risotto goes creamy because of the constant mixing and the rice absorbs in the liquid.
