On Thursday I made a risotto which was quite easy to make. The ingredients needed were the following: Mushrooms, onions, spring onions, vegetable stock, risotto rice, butter and cheese.
First step was to chop all of the vegetables up. Next let the butter melt in your pan and then add the vegetables. After that add in the risotto rice and let it boil until translucent around the edges. When it is translucent, put some hot water in a bowl with your vegetable stock and mix. After add in a little bit of vegetable stock at a time until all of it has absorbed.
Once you have added in all of the vegetable stock take the risotto of the heat and grate your cheese onto it.
It was very tasty and I will definitely make it again. The rest of my family also found it delicious.
