I made a vegetable soup which was super easy to make.
Ingredients: medium sized potato, carrot, celery, onions and a stock cube.
First you chop up all of your ingredients, next you melt some butter and put all of your vegetables in. Add your vegetable stock, mix a let it simmer till cooked. Add salt and pepper.
This is what it looked like whilst it was cooking.
I knew when the soup was fully ready, because after about 10 minuets of it simmering, I got my spatula and got a chunk of the potato in the soup, and pressed my spatula against it and the potato easily squashed. If it doesn’t squash easily I boiled It for a bit longer.
When I got home I tried my soup and it tasted delicious, me and my family finished it all. They all thought it was delicious.
