A simple muffin recipe with some cinnamon and grated apple! I really liked making them, although they needed a bit more cinnamon! I started off by mixing my dry ingredients together and my wet ingredients. I then grated the apple, tipped it in with the dry ingredients and mixed, adding my wet mix. Once all done, I carefully spooned then into the muffin cases, making sure they were evenly spread out. They baked for about 20 mins and came out smelling gorgeous! Really liked making these.....
