Really easy, fun and quick to make! I started off by cooking my pasta and preparing my ham and cheese for the sauce. Once my pasta was finished, I drained it and ran it under cold water. Next I started to make my sauce on a medium heat, adding in my flour, butter and milk. This took a good five minutes to become a thick, double cream consistency but once it was I added in my cheese and ham! Finally, it was done and I put it under the grill for 5-6 minutes. It came out a gorgeous golden brown! Take a look at the pictures down below:
