To make the batter for my blueberry muffins, I started my mixing together my dry ingredients (plain flour, baking powder, oats, sugar). In a separate jug I combined all of my wet ingredients (milk, oil, egg). Next, I incorporated my wet ingredients into my dry ingredients. I then folded in my blueberrys being careful not to break any. Once the mixture was ready I evenly distributed it between all of my muffin cases. Finally, I baked them at 190 degrees for 20 minutes until they had all risen and were a golden brown.
