Blackberry Muffins

Yesterday I made muffins in school. Not just any muffins... blackberry muffins!

We made a normal cake but used vegetable oil instead of butter. This did make the mixture more watery than a cake batter with butter, but when it was baked it tasted fine and extra delicious.

I think I could have done better with filling each of the cases with a more even amount of batter so I could make a better batch. But apart from that I think I did well. I used blackberries as a the fruit in my muffins which gave a nice sweet flavour, that left my mouth watering for more!

  1. The liquid ingredients: egg, milk and oil
