On Tuesday night I decided that I would make dinner I found pork shoulders, kale, and fries in the fridge and freezer.
I first spiced the pork shoulders with salt, pepper and garlic granules. I placed them in a roasting bag nd put them in the oven for 30-35mins at 200ºC. When the pork was almost done I put the fries in the oven and washed the kale in the meantime.
I think I did well in the seasoning of the pork but could have cooked the fries i little bit less, as they were slightly overcooked.
In all, I had a nice nutritious dinner that was very appetising.
