Samosas

Samosa are  arguably one of the most recognised and enjoyed Indian snacks out there. Filled with a range of flavoursome fillings, these tasty treats can be adapted to suit anyone's tastes. 

This recipe is a 'cheats' samosa because it uses tortilla wraps instead of pastry and we are oven baking them to reduce the amount of fat.

Top tips:

  • The vegetables and spices can be adapted to whatever you have in the house. 
  • Brush the tops of the samosa with oil before baking to achieve  a crispy and golden finish.
  • Place the samosas fold side down to ensure the stay in the recognisable triangular shape.
