Top Tips!
- Do not roll the biscuits too thin as they will break.
- When rolling out, turn the dough 90 degrees every couple of rolls as this will ensure an even thickness on the biscuits,
- Using baking parchment will prevent the biscuits from sticking to the tea when baked.
- Use the same cutter constantly to ensure the biscuits are the same size - then they will bake at the same rate,
