Sweetcorn fritters

This week you will be making savoury fritters that are an ideal breakfast or picnic dish. They can be customized with lots of different flavours and ingredients. They can be reheated on a baking tray in the oven, or in the microwave. They are ideal served with a yoghurt or sweet chilli dip.

Top Tips!

- Add the liquid slowly - you want quite a thick batter, and may not need all of it.

- Do not try to cook too many pancakes at once - you may burn them!

- Try different flavour combinations to keep reinventing the recipe!
